Description: 

- Siding Replacement and Wall Upgrades Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8: Provide labour, material, and workmanship for installation of new specified siding system over the prepared, existing wall substrate. All Work to be done in compliance to industry standards and specification Section 07 46 34 – Vinyl Siding.

- Roof Replacement of all Roof Areas on Blocks 5, 6, 7: Provide labour, material, and workmanship for installation of new specified steep roof system over the prepared, existing roof decking. All Work to be done in compliance with industry standards and specification Section 07 31 13 – Asphalt Shingles.
