The intent of this Tender is to obtain an offer to perform Steep Slope Roofing & Siding Replacement work, at Carson Green located at 18 Carson Drive in Hamilton, Ontario in accordance with Contract Documents.

The project involves steep slope roof replacement and exterior wall upgrades at the property located at 18 Carson Drive in Hamilton, Ontario. Work includes the following:
1. Steep slope roof replacement including structural upgrades and replacement of existing plywood decking on Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
2. Replacement of existing Vinyl siding and exterior wall upgrades on Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
