We are soliciting pre-qualifications from General Contractors for a new development located at 525 Stone Church Rd. E, Hamilton
Estimated Pre-tender Construction Cost: $30M-$35M (excl. HST) Tender period: June 2025 Construction start: August 2025 Completion date: September 2027 Type of contract anticipated: CCDC 2 2020 Stipulated Price Contract
The project consists of an eight-storey, 107-unit apartment building with ground floor parking and a total GFA of 7461m2. Solar PV will be included on the rooftop for on-site energy consumption. The principal architect on the project is Invizij Architects Inc., and the building is being designed to passive house standards for maximum energy efficiency and building performance.
